Etiquette

Please bathe prior to your appointment and refrain from using strong fragrances such as cologne, aftershave, or perfume. We value our therapeutic environment, so please turn off your mobile devices while in the clinic. Please secure your personal items and avoid wearing valuable jewelry. Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the therapies session. SkyTop M&W is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Professional Ethics

Draping is required for all massage appointments! The therapist will provide the client with privacy to disrobe to their level of comfort. Prior to the therapist returning to the massage area, the client is required to completely cover the genitals, gluteal cleft, and female breast area with the provided draping. These areas will remain covered during the therapy session and at no time will be exposed by either the client or therapist. Sexual discourse or overtures of ANY kind will NOT be tolerated.

Cancellation Policy
and Missed Appointments

In order to maintain quality service and consideration to our clients, we ask that you make any cancellations or adjustments to appointments 24 hours in advance. This allows you and future clients the opportunity to receive same day appointment openings. If you are unable to give a 24 hour notification or miss your appointment, you will be charged the full amount for your appointment. Our therapists are devoted to their practice and reserve a special place in their schedule just for you. In maintaining this policy, we aspire to create better job security for our therapists and greater availability for your next appointment. 

Late Appointments 

SkyTop Massage & Wellness reserves the perfect amount of time for your appointment! In an effort to consider our other clients, we ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointments. If you happen arrive later than the scheduled time, your appointment will be shortened to accommodate our following clients. If you arrive later than 10 minutes, we cancel the appointment with full charge. Thank you for your understanding.

**NOTE** Any therapy provided at SkyTop Massage & Wellness is not to be considered a substitution for medical treatment. The therapists cannot diagnose, treat or prevent disease. The therapists can only recommend products and services. Please consult a medical physician.

Medical Massage. Due to the complex nature of medical massages a 10-15% fee will be added to the price of a regular therapeutic massage. Medical massages can only be booked by calling our number below.
