Manuela began her journey in massage while attending physical therapy school in Neustadt, Germany during the early 1990’s. She is currently a licensed massage therapist who believes in a holistic approach to wellness.
Jeff
(MS, CES, RMT)
Specializations: Corrective Exercise, and Reiki.
Serving as a Master Fitness Trainer in the U.S. Army for over 26 years, Jeff understands the importance of functional fitness through proper exercise techniques. He holds a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science & Health Promotion, with a concentration in Rehabilitation Sciences, and is a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist.
Jeff began to use Reiki as a self therapy for PTSD in 2000, and after experiencing the emotional, mental, and spiritual benefits of Reiki, he began the long process of becoming a Reiki Master Teacher, achieving this goal in 2010.
